If you need quick and reliable work ... don't come here. These people are useless! They have no stock on site and can't arrange to have the screens and clips, etc, needed to do the job delivered in time for your appointment. And it usually takes them hours to figure out that they are useless, so they just waste your time.
While I was in Northland, had a rock smack my windscreen and crack the whole thing. Booked in the replacement, they held my appointment on time and replaced the windscreen in less than 1.5hrs. I had troubles with their online system but Smith & Smith sorted it over the phone. Fantastic experience.

Terrible service. Took my car to replace the windscreen and they cracked it putting it back in so had to take another morning off work to take the car back. Then, my appt was from 10.30 to 1.30 and I told the glassy that I had to work at 2 so needs to be done within that time. At 1.30 I went to collect my car and was told that they only just took the window out and was still going to be another hour at least. No apologies or noting. When I told them that is was not good enough they said that these things happens. Yeah I guess sometimes it does but should definitely let the person know that they won't make it to work or be able to pickup the child from daycare.. terrible service. Would never go back. Ill also let my insurance company know about the service they provide.
Having a new glass put in the front 6 months ago was a big disappointment. The plastic framing was not secured and flew out as I was travelling with a caravan on the back with 100 km in heavy traffic. I had to call 3 times and hope when I pick the car up it is fixed the way it should have been fixed in the first place
