This was the best dental experience I have ever had, Dr. Kevin and his nurse helped me to relax and stay calm through the whole procedure 2 extractions I was told what was happening all the way and my after care was carefully explained. I left the surgery feeling good rather than the quaking bag of nerves I have always come away with from previous dentists. Thank you Smile Dental, I was a new patient and now I will come back again, your work and care is A+++++
Best dentist I have ever been to. Very gentle and kind. Explains all the procedures. Price was also affordable . The atmosphere was friendly the minute I stepped into the front reception. For those of us at a certain age we have nightmare memories of the ‘murder house’ at primary school , and some other dentists iv been to over the years still had that feeling but not here. I was nervous the first time here but after a few minutes I was relaxed, should I say I actually enjoyed going. I know im in good hands.
It was really hard to get an appointment at the Palmerston North Branch. Which was a little disappointing. However my treatment with the dentist I was with Dr Kevin Koay was exceptional. Outstanding manner, friendliness, great communication, explained things well, he created a relaxed environment, while being professional kind and caring.
I hadn't been to a dentist for as long as I can remember. Like most people, the drill and the injections absolutely terrified me, hence the not wanting to ever step inside a dentist's office. I desperately needed work done on my teeth, and not being able to eat properly was my biggest challenge. I made a appointment in Feb 2022, from there began my journey of teeth removal in preparation for my top denture and a plate for the bottom. Dr Maria Chen is an absolute god send and after nine months I finally received my new teeth. Dr Chen guided me throughout the whole experience, always reassuring me that the end product would make such a difference. I couldn't be more happier with my new teeth and my new smile. I'd definitely recommend Smile Dental and of course the wonderful Dr Maria Chen.
Very good customer service. At the consultation they let me know what my options were and scheduled an appointment. Dr. Kevin Koay was very meticulous in his work and always made sure I wasn't in any pain or uncomfortable. All at a very reasonable price.
The dentist I saw was amazing. He knew I was anxious and very self conscious about my teeth. He made me feel good to be sitting in his chair. Gave me options and what I need to do next.
Such a awesome experience Dr Maria made me feel so welcomed and understood everything I was saying.. I absolutely loved her options she gave me to... definitely going back to see her... Dr Maria has done such a good job so far at giving my smile back..
