As a customer, I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. My experience raised several concerns:nn1. **Unexpected additional fees**nWhen I signed up, the sales representative told me I would only need to pay $40/month for the terminal, with no other fees. However, I later discovered that I was also required to pay an additional $22/month for the Worldline service. This was never clearly explained upfront.nn2. **Terminal not working on arrival**nThe EFTPOS terminal I received was not usable out of the box. I had to drive to their office myself to have it reconfigured by a technician.nn3. **Misleading cancellation process**nIn March, I informed the sales representative that I wanted to cancel the service. I was told multiple times that returning the terminal was all I needed to do. However, I was not informed that I also needed to cancel the Worldline service separately. As a result, I have to pay for April and May, which led to unnecessary time and effort to resolve.nnOverall, while the financial impact was not large, the lack of clear communication and guidance caused significant inconvenience. I hope the company improves its staff training and provides more transparent information to customers.

Easy set up, Eftpos was working within 2 week of first contact - the support staff were great- easy handover from old business owner to our company. Fees are pretty competitive with others. So far so good- I know it’s early days but no complaints
