Disappointed with recent customer servicenI’ve been with them for over a year and a half. Their customer service used to be great, but things have really changed. When I called recently, the support was quite rude — even though I calmly tried to explain my issue, they didn’t listen or try to help. It feels like they no longer respect or care about their customers. They even hung up before I had the chance to ask another question. Very disappointed.
We engaged SmartPay for our mobile EFTPOS terminal for our food truck. Maja was amazing to deal with, very very responsive and proactive, clarified things we couldn't understand mainly merchant bank concepts and fees and kept on top of all the pieces we needed to get up & running. We've been running the machine for almost a year now across multiple events in multiple locations and it has never caused us problems in any way. It's a great terminal and great service. Maja was super helpful, super polite, overall helped us reach great outcome.
Had a rocky start with Smartpay but once my concerns have come to their attention, all my issues have been resolved efficiently. I also appreciate the other incentives they have given me to make up for it which will help with my small business. I can say that they have one of the best deals out there
