Only reason I am leaving 2 stars cause can't leave 0 and 1 more for able to speak English and be nice about it. If you still want to rent a RV/mobilehome here are things you need to be sure about. First you have to look at the vehicle w/ a magnifying glass, open everything, check all items under over etc, otherwise there will be damages you will notice after you left and now you are stuck with them. Second, they don't provide any insurance, buy your own travel insurance, trust me it's worth it, will explain later. Third, have them show you how to properly lock the car, not just the cabin, but the camper side also. Fourth, get everything in writing, including what you are supposed fill up and what does not need to be refilled. We left the place and within couple of hours of driving found more damages that were not noted. And we parked at a gas station to sleep cause we were trying to get to another town fast and got tired. Well I thought I locked everything, but was not, someone opened the passenger door and stole our wallets and laptop bag w/ two laptops and other stuff. Oh and my jacket. Police didn't help for sure, but we had to spend another two thousand dollars to stay an extra week in Paris and deal w/ US Embassy to get Visas to fly back. Moral of the story, sleep w/ your important stuff.
They should change their name to Avis STAY AWAY. We reserved the newest and very expensive caravan to avoid problems and what we got was a caravan with damaged batary and loose screws, so that pretty much everything fell apart during our 2 week ride table, cabins, shaders.... But hey, things can go the wrong way, we know. But the "support" they provided was...well, unacceptable and completely useless! The main problem was the battery, since without one you are forced to stay only on campsites that are equipped with electricity otherwise - no water, no heating, nothing!. The support sent us 250km! and completely off our route to the car dealer that was supposed to fix the problem. We had to replan our entire trip to get there and when we finally arrived to the dealer, he couldn't help us because NO ONE INFORMED HIM we were coming and he didn't have the necessary equipment! After spending several hours at the dealer's parking lot the support told us to hold on a little bit so they could find us another dealer to fix the problem. 4.5 hours later!!! they called us to say that they scheduled us an appointment for the next day, at 3PM! , 30km back on the road. At that point we broke and said that we would continue as is and will talk to avis caraway after we return the car. Since then Avis CarAway had ignored every mail we sent them. And if that wasn't enough, the inner space of the caravan was completely worn out. The table had 2 screws instead of 4 and they fell out during the first week. The cabins lacked holding screws and flew out at every turn, until broke down completely. The shaders wouldn't close, and we had to use towels to cover the window... All that combined turned our trip to "the survivor" .... To sum up - STAY AWAY!!!!!

RV ultimately worked out well. Drop off went well. Pickup was a different story, we got there at opening, expecting to get an orientation and drive-off quick. The unit was not ready, then when it was "ready" it was not the unit layout we needed, then they had to clean another unit. Apparently, it was a mistake on the rental agent's part. It was noon before we left with the right RV. To make up for the problem, they "threw-in" free outdoor DIRTY tables and chairs. We drove the entire vacation with a blinking oil light, which the agent said was ok. I assume this means the oil was dirty, in the US it means the oil is low and the engine could lock-up, so I was concerned. But the unit performed very well with better fuel mileage than expected. If you are from the US, watch a video on the grey/ black water tank process before you go, it is different.
Disappointed with the Inclusions i.e No Broom , Kitchen Utensils very basic no Kettle , very poor quality cutlery, plates and glasses for drinking useless too small ,no bottle opener exterior badly damage on kerbside, bedding very poor would not recommend this company .

Bref voilà la mauvaise foi que vous devrez affronter, il faut aussi les remercier de ne pas repayer un pare choc qu’ils avaient déjà recollé en différents morceaux avant votre départ et qui étaient bien noté abîmé sur l état des lieux de départ, pour les frais même si vous contestez le montant ils se serviront juste sur la caution sans réponse aucune de leur part
