I had a great experience getting a wedding dress hemmed! I live in a different city from the shop and the owner was very accommodating of my schedule and did amazing work on a challenging job. I can't wait to get married in this dress!

I had a very good experience. I brought in my bridesmaid dress for alterations and the final results were perfect. With an ample timeline I had brought in on a Monday and got it back the following Wednesday I had no issues.

Wow! What an incredible experience! I dropped the ball and had to get last minute alterations done to my dress as a bridesmaid for my sister's wedding and my mother also needed to have her dress shortened etc. The owner helped me personally. She was polite, offered reassurance and made me feel extremely comfortable. With the wedding less than a week away, she agreed to have both dresses done in just a few days. I'm so grateful! ***Also, beautiful dresses in the store!

I went to 10- 12 dress shops in Ottawa and this store was the best! They provided not only the best service but also have the most unique and gorgeous dresses that I didn't see anywhere else. I am so confident that the alterations will be amazing with the level of expertise and pride the owner takes in her dresses. Thank you so much!!

My two daughters are in a wedding next week. I dropped off thier dresses two weeks ago because needed a few alterations. The owner took the dresses but didn't give me any help in finding solutions to the problems I wanted fixed. When I complained about the lack of service she didn't do anything to help or assure me she could do the work. She took apart the dresses and then called to tell me that she was "sick" and couldn't finish. She has multiple staff to help with the work, I've met them... Now I have two dresses in many peices a week before the wedding!!! Petty and bad service.

I've been here twice since moving to Barrhaven a yr and half ago. Just last month I had curtains hemmed. They didn't follow instructions and actually cut them and then hemmed. I was shocked when I picked them up, and told them, the seamstress saw instructions left but too late, job was done. She apologized, and I had to ask for a partial refund- since I had paid for the work upfront as they ask for that. They offered me $25 credit towards next service. Really? you cut my curtains, something that cannot be undone, and instead of offering me a full refund, or any refund, I had to ask. I will not be using this credit or going there again. Cannot follow simple instructions, I'd hate to see what they would do to a wedding dress!!!

Had a fantastic experience at the store. The owner is a master seamstress/dress maker and can let you know on the spot if the requested changes can be made. Wonderful service and beautiful gowns.
