We once were fervent fans of Go Bang Espresso when it was a staple of Jackson Street and have long lamented the lack of quality food since it closed, until now!nnI don't know why it took us so long to come here but the food is reminiscent of the offering we used to enjoy at Go Bang! The hash stack is probably the best in Petone, with crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside potato cake, perfectly poached eggs and your choice of toppings.nnThe cabinet offering is also delicious and appropriate for those with dietary restrictions. I had the vegan brownie and it was once of the best brownies I've had!nnThe staff are always welcoming,friendly and attentive. This is definitely a gem in Petone.

The beans are roasted nearby at the old Unilever factory, ensuring a local touch that enhances the flavor and experience. With the city council’s recent introduction of parking meters on Jackson Street, its location becomes even more appealing. Here, you can enjoy the rich legacy of Petone’s café scene without the hassle of parking fees, making it a perfect destination for locals and visitors alike.

Great coffee and plenty of delicious food for lunch. There were even several plant based options too! Which I was delighted to see. Food was well priced and beautifully presented. Will definitely call in again next time in Petone

Such a little treasure and not to mention the coffee and food is on point. And the exceptional service is a plus! We were there on a rainy and windy weekday and there were still customers braving the storm which tells you all about this place. Definitely a place I’ll add to my fav list
