I was first interested in fitness at age 13. I realised how much work my sport required and had to decide if I was going to step up and train off the ice as well as on.
Since, I have achieved many of my fitness and sporting goals and I wish to help others do the same!
Currently studying at Fit College New Zealand doing a Certificate in Health, Fitness and Personal Training.
After graduation I hope to take amazing group classes! Training other athletes to reach international competitions is a dream of mine and also to support anyone in achieving their health and fitness goals.
