"Skinvae has been open since 2014 in the heart of Cambridge. We offer a wide variety of Beauty and Spa treatments. Our staff always go the extra mile for every client and are all fully qualified in there field.Treatments we offer range from waxing, IPL permanent hair reduction, eyelash extensions, specialist brow shaping and tinting, Cosmetic tattooing, body treatments, massage, paramedical facials using both DMK and Nimue plus lots more. Anna the owner of Skinvae is an award winning Cosmetic tattooist, she is an international trainer in brows and lashes.We currently have nine staff which means we also cater for group bookings.We look forward to meeting you soon."

First time coming here and my experience was amazing! I had Mia as my beauty therapist, she was down to earth and friendly. Did an awesome job at my eyebrows I'll be back for sure!
Very lovely beauty therapist, but unfortunately I had to notice a week later that the waxing craftsmanship was insufficient. Almost all my hair was simply broken instead of pulled out such that the result is similar to shaving now. Very dissatisfying.
I had such a beautiful experience at skinvae this week. I was gifted a Skinvae massage, and a eyebrow wax and shape, from my daughter for mothers day. I was treated so well by the ladies at Skinvae, that i will be going back again soon. Clean, friendly and professional, in every way. Thank you Skinvae
So good! I went in for a facial for the very first time. They were so welcoming and kind, and very detailed about asking questions based on my skin type; what I’m using at home etc. Highly recommend!

Not okay, I have been going here for multiple years now and it's just been getting worse. I booked in with "Abby" months in advanced as she was so booked up. When I get there I find that it is was another lady as Abby had left. There was no email, call or message asking if I wanted to re-book. I ended up doing a lash lift treatment with the Grace, "a senior therapist". The lash lift itself was fine but the job felt very rushes. It was late in the day but that's no excuse for a bad treatment. I walked out with some solution allover my eye lids and even eyebrows. Also, every person I have seen does this treatment different and it has never been the same process each time. I messaged to complain and what I got back was so disappointing. They forgot to message me about changing therapists because I was "so far in advanced". They then made it seem as though I was lying about the treatment, saying "she is a senior therapist and booked weeks in advanced". And from what I have read from other reviews, they also don't seem so honest to admit their mistakes. After the owner said she would talk to Grace the next morning, I never heard anything back. Nothing.

Had a beautiful relaxing massage followed by a facial. Felt wonderful. My masseuse knew just the right pressure for me. No unnecessary talking, thus allowing me to fully relax and feel rejuvenated.
