I love my weekly classes with Suzie! Pilates has helped with my overall movement and stiffness caused by a sedentary job. Suzie is a great teacher who really understands her clients - challenging their abilities while also being aware of any limitations. Highly recommend.

Recently I have had a sore back and went to Suzie for a massage. She did a really good job. After the massage I actually felt like sitting with good posture. My shoulders felt like they were sitting back where they are supposed to be. I'm feeling much better.
This was my first every pilates session and I loved it! Suz listened to my goals and gave clear explanations and demonstrations. She obviously knows her stuff and I left feeling straighter and stronger already. Her ability to massage out those tight knots is an absolute bonus too. I would highly recommend her to any woman looking for strength, relaxation or post-natal recovery.
