My name is Robyn Gray and I lost 25kg by breaking the rules.....
My story begins 22yr ago when I became pregnant with my son. My sized 10(NZ) body blossomed by 31kg(65lb). I managed to lose some but most of it remained. I spent years applying the rules from professionals with no results so I broke the rules and the outcome was a 25kg weight loss. It has been a learning curve. Along the way many of my health issues have rectified themselves. I have alopecia lichen polars (permanent hair loss) My hair is now growing back. I have many other stories like this that I will share through my private FB group and I will teach you how do the same.
It has taken me two years to get to this point with a lot of research and learning. Through this I can now keep it Simple for you with Look-See-Do.
Each day I post photos of breakfast, lunch and dinner all of which are simple to prepare. I show you what exercise I'm doing for that day and give you quotes to keep you inspired. I explain the way I do things and I give you feedback on your posts to help you in the private community
