Doesn't feel Covid safe. Despite signs on doors asking visitors to wear masks, staff and GP not doing so. Poor ventilation too. Plastic screens at reception pointless. Do health professionals not know still how Covid and other airborne viruses spread?
So very pleased with service received from this practice. The receptionist I spoke to was so caring and friendly and between the practice and sayfees the chemist they managed to get my mums medication into blister packs and delivered to her within 24hrs. I very much appreciate your time and efforts. Thank you so much.
Reception staff are horrible, defiantly not welcoming when you call, secondly a certain doctor I am not even sure if she should still be practicing disregards your medical history, for instance why would you give an asthmatic Aspirin? They also don't take complaints seriously, and make out that you suffer with mental conditions and that you're lying about everything. DO NOT RECCOMEND!
Disgusting service every time. Been with these since 2018 when I was trying to get help being diagnosed with a.s.d I filled in the forms twice, 4 years later they still “keep losing the forms”
Been with this GP Practice for 5 months and they have been very efficient and no long waits at the surgery or when wanting to book an appointment.
Very disappointed with this surgery I’ve been with them for years it was better when doctor shah was there . The receptionist are disgusting with there attitude it’s like talking to the mafia to get an appointment it’s about time the doctors sorted them out . You can never get an appointment I understand with this covid about doctors have to protect themselves but it’s about time they started seeing patients again how can you show them over the phone what’s wrong with you what are they getting paid for when they won’t see us it’s disgusting .
Forced to wear a face mask even when im exempt as well as a visor as i almost passed out last time, if you don't wear them they force you to do blood tests outside or even do your apointment outside which is very unhygienic. I feel like i am being discriminated.
Most of the staff are really nice. The renovation to the surgery makes it look great, parking was added to the back for both patients and staff. Its accessed by the gate but for some reason it's always half open so that people can walk through but cars can't park. What's the point of going through all of that renovation, getting a car park but then never using it? It's really annoying to park outside seeing as it's a very busy road and theres a lot of residents. Please have the gate open so we can actually PARK there.
After waiting 3- 4 weeks for my booked online appointment, I then waited an hour after the allotted time to see the GP. Whilst waiting I could hear her discussing each patient over the phone with someone else - quite embarrassing. When I finally got in she trawled my medical record and spoke to me like a child about some of my history completely ignoring why I had visited today. Left there feeling stressed, humiliated and upset. What happened to the caring GP? My first visit for a long time and after joining Dr Shah from when he first started. Will avoid at all costs from now on for my own mental wellbeing.
