'It has been our realization at 'Silk Italia', that the Australian and New Zealand retail clothing industry and their customers are limited by Asian supplies at the cost of quality and style.'

'Silk Italia' is an Australian owned company and was founded this year by Justyn Shaw and Madame Susha.

Justyn Shaw is a fashion and antique jewelery exporter based in Rome, Italy. He has been involved in fashion since 1991 having had stores and a number of his own clothing labels over 20 years in the industry. Currently Justyn travels extensively throughout Italy and Europe mixing work with travel.

Madame Susha is a fashion designer, photographer and importer based in Brisbane, Australia. Susha has been involved in fashion for over 40 years. She is revered in Brisbane's alternate clothing industry having owned the legendary 'Totally Twisted Clothing Company' on Elizabeth Street in the C.B.D. for several years.

'We specialize in silk or silk/cotton mixes fashion garments and have limited stock arriving weekly. Be warned..... these items sell out quickly!'
