Flavio and team are awesome. They always make our dog look beautiful and she loves the experience of going there and gets excited as soon as we get to the carpark.
Easy to book, very quick, I had to change my appointment time and they were super accommodating. Great parking. The price is comparable to the other groomers in the area. They took great care of Stanley and put a cute little Harry Potter tie on him!
The very best groom our Japanese Spitz ever had. Taking him in, I felt he was so loved and so special. His fur came out more tangle-free, more soft, and even more white than any other groom he's had. As a bonus, there's a big dog-height window so your pup can see you drive up to pick them up. Bliss!

I was looking for a new dog groomer as our current business was sold. Online search and ShowDogsNZ ticked the boxes. Easy booking and really happy with the groom. Looking forward to developing a great repore with this groomers. Would recommend .
I've been before and was a great experience. Unfortunately this time not so good. I took my Beau for his groom for my wedding 2 days later and unfortunately after 3 hours there he had not had his ears plucked as requested or a teddy face as requested. He just looked shorter all over. I did specifically ask for these things as it was my wedding! To be fair he offered to take him back and do face again but after 3 hours my boy was bit distressed and so I didn't accept. Sorry but was disappointed Thanks for your reply. Very clear instructions were given to the owner about his ears as I explained to him the hair was long and causing him discomfort as he was constantly irritated as the hair was clumping in his ear canal!! Very clear instructions! I will not be accused of lying how dare you! I also explained this groom was for my wedding in a few days so teddy bear face As I said he just looked shorter all over. Comments were made by friends as they agreed you are the most expensive in Town and therefore a top job is expected! I do not appreciate your stern reply accusing me of NOT giving those instructions. Bad customer service to reply in that manner!!!! Not a happy customer
