Great service. The young tall guy in their has got good knowledge. EDIT: I had to drop down to 4 stars after my last visit to the Thames shosha. Service was great as usual but the new guy needs to get some antiperspirant. It may sound petty but his body oder was so bad I just wanted to get out of the shop ASAP.
Very impressed with the branch in Thames. Knowledgeable and professional! John especially is very friendly and has an awesome work ethic, he knows his stuff and isn't there to just try sell you the most expensive product. Good to have him take the time to understand our needs and give us the best thing for them.
I’m actually really disappointed in the service I’ve received, I generally love coming into shosha Thames as the staff are usually really helpful and friendly. But I’ve noticed that theres a new face, and he is not very nice at all. I don’t think I’ll return to Shosha in Thames anymore, I can’t bare poor service.
Really great service, Paul set me up with a novo 2 kit to help me quit smoking and it's been over 12 months now and I haven't looked back. The guys there have been really helpful and always know what I want.
