**Absolutely disappointing customer service! ** Very rude , definitely shouldn't be in the customer service industry. Untrained staff, didn't know anything about anything, especially product knowledge. Couldn't believe how they spoke to an older gentlemen there either, all he wanted was a new vap e! They swore at him and acted in a poor manner! NO RESPECT
Yeah not bad, a little crammed when it gets busy though but the staff are pretty helpful. My favorite juice is the ice berry lemonade.
After a night at a crowded nearby restaurant no one wearing a mask , I went to the store buy treat myself to an expensive cuban cigar. Was about 7pm on Sun night. As soon as I walked in mask in car 100 metres away as knew not required in restaurant the Indian and Chinese guys at the counter rudely told me I can't come in without a mask bearing in mind their door was wide open, shop ventilated and no customers. Explained I had no mask and just wanted to buy a cigar. Was told to buy a mask next door. I then offered to stand outside while they got the cigar and was immediately shut down and again rudely told "can't serve you without a mask". While they may have felt they have to rigidly enforce a management policy, it was their arrogant aggressive tone through-out and treating me like I had leprosy that made me walk-off thinking I'll never step foot in that place again.
They always seem to have plenty of stock which is handy. Bit annoying how they slap you with the "got a mask?" Rubbish still

The guys working were really nice and they were helpful with advice when I was choosing a vape. Reasonable pricing a d excellent service

By far the worst shosha shop in auckland when it comes to staff the most arrogant rude "staff member" iv come across in any shosha stores in the past 5-6 years would rather travel then go there again
Just gota watch what you buy guys.you ask 4 the juice u always liked but when u open it and put it in your vape it could be different taste so blameing where the juice is made and you cant get a refund or a new 1
The staff are knowledgeable however treat you as if you are lying when it comes to faulty goods. Charge to fix things that are under warrenty. Never had a bad experience here untill I had a fault with a product then the attitude of the staff changes dramatically almost as if they are told by management to avoid refunds or exchanges at all costs. Took the vape to manukau store that was brought from pukekohe and they fixed it free of charge after pukekohe insisted on charging.
