I would say the two ladies who work at this shop they are so nice the older lady and the very young one they are awesome friendly. They are just let down by the girl she’s just terrible rude and wow lady if you got a issue with your work get a job somewhere else…the older lady been serving me since Papamoa opened and she is great…you are just horrid…I don’t know how the other two put up with you…

Don’t shop there anymore the lady is rude and arrogant to customers. She doesn’t bother to take the time to help or explain anything. Iv made official complaint and she still works there and is still a piece of work to deal with
Customer service doesn't exist here. Thought maybe it was a one off bad experience, but the next 3 times I went in I was given nothing but rudeness. I walked up to the counter and was saw that the workers behind the counter were busy, so I waited for them to finish until they were able to serve me. Until one of them said "are you algood bro?" to which I responded with "I wish to purchase something". They don't check ID and barely speak to their customers, unless in a rude tone. I feel like it was only a couple of weeks ago that this place had such a vibrant and caring atmosphere, with people behind the counter who genuinely cared about the customers and their jobs, but it seems almost all of those employees have been laid off, for some unknown reason. If you want to shop shosha, I suggest finding another store to use. Products are all right though.

Hi Shosha this is Lisa Rose thankyou for your reply. However I think you might have mistaken me for someone else? I have never returned a product or demanded an exchange! My experience consist of lack of interest and help regarding buying a vape also taking in a pod to ask for a coil upon a quick glance the lady in question grabbed it and said na out of stock .. actually she was talking about another brand that I had to point out after a bit of denial she soon saw she was wrong bluntly said sorry and gave my coil. There are other times which I will email you . I hope you take the time to take customer complaints seriously as you seemed to have jumped on mine and told me I was rude when you had no idea to what had happened. Please be cautious of whom you speculate . I am a manager of a retail store so understand what customer service means . Thankyou Lisa
Very VERY rude and aggressive service every visit! NOT IMPEESSED with the staffs vile behaviour being acceptable by management, surely something will be done about that rude lady soon!
so I went in to buy a caliburn. had the best service from pacer. made me compfy and I wanted to stick around to just conversate. thank you for the best experience in your shop bro. give this man a pay rise!
Disappointed with service the male who served me was rude, and asked me what i wanted, which was to return a broken vape purchased 3 weeks prior. He continued to serve 3 other customers, as they came into store. Then made me take my mask of while he videoed me vaping, so he could send it back to the manufacturer. I asked for him not to show my face. Is this even legal? Especially during COVID 19. Is the video going to be deleted?. Not a Happy customer.
