Got caliburn a2 pods from here the other day, 2 pods leaked prodigiously while 1 of them burnt out within a day. Also paid $28 for these pods that are otherwise available online for $23. Usually I would blame uwell for the bad batch of pods but shosha have branded these with their name as well and charge more, one would think this is because they have a deal for getting higher quality pods, alas this is the complete opposite of reality
Nothing bad to say about the local store everyone who works there are amazing my problem is with shipping off the website overnight delivery is bull I can't go anywhere at the moment with a broken foot so ordered online but it's going to take 3 days

When I came here, I told them that I wanted to shift from smoke to vaping. And the guy ended up giving me an advanced kit. he said if there is any problem, feel free to come back. And then I'm ok with that. That was My mistake not to do research first. Then, when I wanted to change my coils. My mod did not recognise my coils. So I went to the store. They said even though my coil is new, but they said it burned. So the Indian guy suggested changing with the new one. The guy with the glasses told the Indian guy that they don’t have the coil for my mods. But the Indian guy came up with using coils from different brands. So I spent $25 for the coils, which ended up not working. But I decided not to come there and make a complaint because I don’t trust shosha anymore. Thank you. That was an enjoyable experience for me. I learn a lot about people & business. So I don't make mistakes with my business. Nice double kill

I love the customer support here. The guy with the glasses helped me with everything i needed. He was very respectful and helped me find my new favourite flavour. strawberry jelly donut i will definitely come back here next time and every time. Thank you for the great experience.
Been buying from here for a few years now. Ever since the Muppets behind the counter started working there I've been sold the wrong coils plus replacement tanks and pods. And recently brought a new vape 2 weeks ago that is now faulty. Apparently it's not covered by warranty because it's not broken.
