Very poor service my recently purchased vape died and instead of replacing it on the spot I was told it needed to be sent away for a battery replacement. When I asked what I was supposed to do in the meantime I was told I could buy a disposable vape. Not impressed at all with all the disposable vapes I had to purchase. When I went back in I was given a replacement vape and I was not allowed the warranty as they said to use the warranty for the original vape????
Worst store ever visit in Auckland, rude staff , zero management, no policy for the return and exchange. Specifically the manager he is so bad and speaking abusive language . We bought a vape product and it is not working properly and they are telling us that we have to change coal in every 3-4 days and in everything they are telling us its our mistake. Also, i emailed them 2 weeks ago no reply from them and then we visited store 3-4 times . Everytime they say come tomorrow. I wasted my money and time. I would recommend no one buy anything from this shosha store dominion road.
Highly unprofessional staff and customer service! Had been there with a couple of my friends! I think we disturbed the staff by entering the store at the wrong time, cause they were doing important things in the store like playing PUBG! Anyways never gonna go back to the store! Advice to others please don't disturb the staff! Cause they will be frustrated anyways
Very unprofessional staff, busy playing PUBG while attending us and gave bad advice to 3 of us. The staff at Shosha in City Centre is way more professional and more knowledgeable than these 2 arrogant girls working here. Very dissatisfied and wasted our money with bad flavours that we purchased.
Good place for all your sisha related shopping. I never had any issues with my products that i bought from here.i ll recommend. They are expensive than other places though but its close from my place so i choose them anyway.
2 different people who work there have told me that salt nicotine vape liquid is more harsh than normal, but that's not right?? Shouldnt they know the difference if they're supposed to be advising people who dont know? And also was told when I bought a particular vape that I can't change the wattage settings but when I got home I read the instructions and I actually can change it... I think you guys need to train your staff a bit better on the products you're selling
The service was brilliant and worth 5 stars! This place loses 2 stars for over-charging on items, namely the Smok Prince clearmiser glass. This item is sold by Kiwi Vape for half the price. If you factor in the price of postage from Kiwi Vape, Shosha still loses. And, never mind the cost of petrol.
The shop is nice enough, and the employees are good, but don't get e-juice here if you value your health. I had one of their own-brand "VG" juices Chinese made, my first mistake and after a couple of tanks worth, my lungs/chest was hurting quite badly. this is the second low quality juice I've had from them, but the first one that gave me actual side effects. After a week or so, the pain and cough went away, but I'll be staying away from here for good. If you must buy juice here, make sure to buy the more expensive ones that they import from the USA, or just go to vapo down the road, and get decent quality, nz made juice for cheap.
Brilliant customer service. Had a problem with my vape stick on Friday. The chap went out of his way to fix it. Always happy to help. Great place. Thanks again appreciated. Gary
