Delicious. My partner and I always make sure we try eggs benedict at new cafes when we travel and we found a hidden gem inside the Glenfield mall. My partner had the bacon eggs benedict and I had the salmon. My partner said his bacon was delicious and perfectly cooked with a honey smoked flavor. Our eggs were perfect and their hollandaise was creamy with lots of flavor. Beautiful atmosphere as well. You must try.
This is inside the Glenfield Mall near the middle of the main floor. Well decorated with plenty of seating. Food was good, chips are crunchy and delicious. This place reminds me of the coffee club franchise.
The coffee and the food are very nice and of very good quality, nice breakfast and great treats, love the cakes and the chocolate donut. The food is well presented and tasty. The owner and the staff are very friendly and always very nice to us and our 2 children. It looks nice, warm atmosphere and great decor. We love going there. It is one of the best cafes in the shore.
The Chef served us at the counter and was professional and friendly. We had the Eggs Benedict, 2 sliders with fries and waffles with ice cream and chocolate syrup and a banana milkshake. The food presentation was nice as was the decor and atmosphere. The only thing I think would give them better ratings is the serving sizes are quite small for the price compared to most other cafes almost quite budget on their behalf so you feel abit ripped off in that section.
The best food coffee and service... Very. Friendly professional staff... The guy that makes the coffee is one of the best batistas I've come across... Highly recommend
Came here for the first time on Waitangi Day and ordered the traditional pancakes that states on the menu served with a scoop of ice cream and maple syrup yet I was Charged for ice cream but not cream. Pancakes slightly over cooked but still eatable. Nice friendly staff and clean place, menu sounds very good but just over priced
Two of our group ordered The Sailor, pretty tasty but wondering when the chips would arrive....turns out the chips are in the burgers, yes 3-4 chips inside each burger ha ha ha!! We just laughed but I don't think everyone would find it so amusing. Perhaps menu needs adjusting.
If you want to enjoy a nice coffee with your kids while they eat a treat from somewhere else, don't bother. Owner was so rude and told us we had to leave while our kids ate something that wasn't bought from their cafe. There was no one else around so I can't see how I was taking away business having my kids use their seats. Not coming back.
Nice looking cafe. However it took so long for my order and when it came, well let's say it looked like it came from a kids menu. Like tiny tiny portion for the money they charged. Not worth it at all. Its really for the much older generation who barely eat anything. However you need to spend a lot for very little in return. Certainly not for a family or people who eat normal size food. Again the portion of the chips and burgers total rip off.
Disgusting customer service. An elderly lady was sitting in one of the vacant seats while her granddaughters waited to get their face painted. The entire Cafe was empty so it didn't take away from any customers however the manager decided to call security and mall management to have her removed even after she expressed that she just needed somewhere to sit and rest while she waited. Complete lack of care for people. She was doing you a favour by making your store look busy. Absolutely disgraceful service.
