Shine provides a wide range of services to stop domestic abuse and save lives. In addition to our national Helpline, we help victims of domestic abuse to be safe through Safety First, our Women's Refuge, Shine safe@home (in Auckland, Tauranga, Christchurch), and KIDshine (specifically for children exposed to domestic abuse), we motivate men who use abuse to change through No Excuses stopping violence programme, and we deliver professional training programmes throughout NZ.
We work in partnership with Police, Child Youth and Family, Auckland District Health Board, Family Works, Unitec, and other organisations.
