The service from the gentleman at the Lower Hutt store was outstanding. He was professional and very helpful, trying to realign my clippers previously bought there 3 years prior when I took them in. I haven’t used them yet, but I’m sure they will be great, as he seemed to be knowledgeable and know what he was doing. A+ customer service. Thank you!

I had bought a Panasonic hair dryer online last month, and got an issue with 60-days money back guarantee this week, I had no idea how to solve the problem as I was the online customer and there is only Aus number in the official website, I decided to try my luck and called shaver shop queensgate , the store manager Soham solved my problem very efficiently thank you so much

I contacted the store via e-mail first and Soham the manager replied with lots of info on beard trimmers. I then visited the store to look at and try the trimmers. I could have bought a cheaper one elsewhere but chose a Wahl trimmer from this store because I had excellent customer service from Soham. I was able to look at and try which I couldnt do at other shops. Was also explained how to use it and clean it. Thanks Soham for the great service.
