Emailed in May to ask about hiring. Never replied to me. Had to chase them up by phone leaving at least 6 messages over three days. Venue was very cold with lots of condensation and we got it in quite an untidy state. Was expensive for what it was $500 exc Bond and wont be considering them for our ongoing corporate functions. A woman I had to deal with once because the guy wasn’t available was just downright rude when we asked a simple question!!
Had our daughters 5th birthday party here, Kerri was amazing right from the start and it was a easy process!! Great venue
Had booked our work Christmas dinner through a Groupon Deal got to the function and no food, phone disconnected and mobile phone mailbox full. Will be contacting Groupon on Monday but from the sounds of it the woman has done a runner.
DO NOT USE ANOUK FOR ANYTHING.....SHE HAS TAKEN OUR MONEY FOR OUR WEDDING CATERING AND DISSAPEARED....WE UNDERSTAND SHE HAS DONE THIS TO MANY PEOPLE IF YOUR ABLE TO CONTACT HER, PASS HER DETAILS TO POLICE.. SLEEPING PROBLEMS ANOUK? WE HOPE SO, THANKS FOR LEAVING US OUT OF POCKET AND STUCK WITHOUT A CATERER TWO WEEKS OUT FROM OUR WEDDING.
Great venue to book for medium crowd. Well maintained and good privacy with ample parkings available
