Shane was amazing! My partner's car had bad iron damage from sitting outside for over a year, and Shane made it look like new. He was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly while discussing the quote and setting up the appointment. Very reasonably priced as well. When we need detailing work in the future, we'll be sure to go to him!
Very content that I found Shane through a google search on ceramic wrapping for my new-ish vehicle. I was apprehensive about investing a bit of $$ into this kind of auto-service. However, Shane was very informative and quick to reply to my service request. His customer-service orientated mindset really help set the bar up there! The service itself took a whole day but it was worth it. When I went to pick back up the car, the vehicle looked amazing, absolutely jaw-dropping. It seriously looked like a brand new car and Shane even cleaned up the wheels too, talk about attention to detail! You can tell Shane is dedicated and well-experienced in this field. He was able to share pro tips and encouraged us to reach out if we had any questions about maintenance in the upcoming months. If you're looking to get a ceramic wrap for your car and want quality service and support local, Shane's Auto Detail should be your top consideration. Thanks for a great experience, Shane!
Very happy with the responsiveness, attention to detail, and the quality of work by Shane. Recently had him polish and ceramic coat my 22 F350 and he did a great job. Very highly recommend and will certainly be going back to Shane for any detailing/coating needs in the future.
I can't imagine a better service. Shane's work ethic, attention to detail and multi-step processes to thoroughly clean, restore and protect my vehicle was impressive and beyond. I can't believe I'm the first person reviewing Shane's great work! He paid attention to the SMALLEST details and cleaned every single square inch of my vehicle, my car's cleaner than when I bought it brand new 4 years ago. He was very polite and intelligent, on time, informative yet didn't upsell me on unnecessary things. Feels REALLY good to get drive my car again, I'll be a repeat customer for sure! Would definitely recommend to anybody including my closest friends/family.
Oh my gosh!! Shane does an exceptional job! He is very professional, caring and very peculiar to detail. His customer service is the best!! We will surely have our Nissan detailed again.
