He works hard, gets results and has trained alongside boxing icons like Mike Tyson. As a professional fighter, our ‘Mountain Warrior’ won 29 fights out of 34, 22 by way of knock out.

Shane is a proud ambassador for the South Auckland Health Foundation (Middlemore Hospital and Kidz First Hospital) in South Auckland, New Zealand and supports a number of other charities.

I've been attending the Counterpunch Parkinson's sessions every Saturday. Large gym with all the gear, clean toilets & showers & friendly staff. Nice to see the big man there giving his advice to those who are training
Amazing gym! Skilled trainers, well stocked with equipment but not too flashy. The programs and circuits are well designed PLUS the main man Mountain Warrior is always there. Highly recommend this place.
