Thank you for all the support Shan and Team especially Christina and Roxana. Although our property was too far from their usual area of business, it was very smooth dealing with the team and very responsive to the calls. Payments were always on time. End of tenancy process and handover was professional. I had to leave them as I am planning to sell of the property. Would recommend them definitely.

Am a new home owner and Shan properties was recommended to me by colleagues for which am very grateful. Shan and his team looked after my place for about 3 years and I must say they did a great job. Beginning of covid was a hard period for everyone and they did their best to ensure my rent came in on time. A special thanks to Christina and Chloe who were always on hand to deal with any concerns I had and made the whole process of renting a good experience. Shan has been looking after my properties From last few years and having tried few  other agencies in the past I can surely say Shan offered me a very competitive rent, and smooth onboarding. Shan makes sure that the property will be well maintained by the tenants and never bothered me for any repairs or money for additional maintenance. One of the best I know. I was with them from 2013 for more than 8 years and it was a pleasure. Been always there when needed. They went above and beyond to sort out any issues . Sadly, I had to move for some reason but still  they have helped my friend with his 2 kids with a new place to live, which shows the kindness of them. For that I am really grateful. I wish them all the best from bottom of my heart.

Great experience of renewing the tenancy as a landlord. There have been some issues with tenancies but I trust Shan and his team to sort these out. Kudos to Christina who is lovely and responsive over emails.

I have been with Shan for the last 4 years. It is an absolute pleasure to be working with such an amazing company.  The important factor is that Shan himself takes charge and make sure everything is done in a proper way. As a landlord I am very happy.

Roxana is truly exceptional. Her promptness, knowledge of the market, kindness, good energy make a potentially chaotic rent process simple. If in the future I will look to rent again or potentially buy a property I will not hesitate to call her.

I’m renting a property from Shan for 3 years now, can’t recommend enough Roxana as she always been professional, great communicator and helpful throughout the time. If your looking for an professional agent  Roxana is the right person, patient, kind, and polite.

Would definitely recommend Roxana as she was really helpful. From the beginning till we rented we received the greatest customer service you would expect this days . Really happy we chose  Shan Properties and well done for the staff working there .

I have been a tenant with shan for 4 yrs, their service has always been immaculate throughout, when my last tenancy agreement came to an end I has an extremely smooth hand over and received my deposit back in full, I definitely recommend them to anyone.
