Story

Showcasing a new look in Shabby Chic slash Distressed Home decor.
My customers are people who's decor ideas step just a few steps out of the square. That's good, because so do I.
I offer for sale a collection of various interesting items for sale mainly through Trademe (jusluckee).
My work is colourful, but can be subtle, bold, some are more reserved, so really there's usually two or three item that go in one sale.
I use colour freely, shading, adding, tweaking, I love re creating from doing the base coats to the final session of the finishing art.
I am a great believer in chalk paint, I love it..no priming, sanding, it goes over anything, leather couches!, plastic, concrete, wood, anything!
Interesting pieces of furniture, whether antique or native pieces, are my targets for Shabby Art, from furniture to picture frames, that I turn into blackboards, lovely linen and bedroom pretties being added to this collection too.
