The short lady with brown hair was so rude to me telling me off for trying on hats, like she was expecting me to buy a hat without trying it on terrible service, terrible experience you lost a customer hope your happy
Lady working there stared us down as if we were going to steal her hats. I could have bought 10 of the with money I had on me. She really put me off buying anything from the store
