I went here twice and both times dealt with different staff and they were all super friendly and full of knowledge, they were not shy of stopping and giving proper un-rushed service. Although I did not need to buy anything in the end as was gifted what I was going to purchase they still gave me the time of day. The three items I did purchase were overall $15 cheaper than hunting and fishing which is closest shop to me. Will definitely make the 45min drive here again in the future!
Purchased 5 firearms off Serious Shooters many years when they had plenty of stock & less market competition, Went back in on Thursday, got absolutely No acknowledgement as I walked around the store for 20 minutes waiting for help, in the end I walked out and went up to Gun City. This place now lacks stock and is pretty much dying a slow death which is evident by the lack of stock and any customer service...Gun Cities innovation & customer service certainly would have affected this store's business model.
Always great service from these guys! Today was no different - Ben carefully packed the Ballistol Oil and KG-1 Carbon Remover bottle so that in the event of a leakage it wouldn't spill into my backpack! Gave advice, and didn't rush me, knowledgeable, objective, and super friendly, just what you need when one is baffled by all the products available! Thanks Ben! :-
Picked up my first ever air rifle HW77K last Friday. Richard made it a great first time buying experience and his knowledge is super extensive. So happy with my Weihrauch and will definitely be stopping by for future purchases and advice. 5 stars!
There is years of accumulated knowledge at Serious Shooters. Took a rifle to have it fitted to a chassis and I expected to have to wait a week before I can pick it up again, but someone grabbed it and ten minutes later I was off with a new well fitted chassis and a well mounted scope.
I went into store yesterday for help with a new shotgun recoil pad. The service was simply OUTSTANDING. I wish I knew his name to properly thank him. It was an urgent need, for an upcoming comp shoot, and he was brilliant in gathering info from supplier, removing disintegrating part, and affixing the new, which would get me through the immediate shoots, and info on further processes to safeguard for the future. BRILLIANT SERVICE

My experience with the team here was one of excellent service and advice. They had endless patience with my queries and indecisiveness, especially when it came to calibre. I ended up purchasing an extremely accurate rifle and great scope on their reccomendation, neither of which were the top in their class or range. The advice from the team suited my needs and was based upon my budget and what I was looking to use the rifle for. The store also included some freebies, which is always an added bonus. Will definitely be buying my next rifle from them.
These guys are great to deal with. Via email owing to COVID-19 Ben was able to arrange exactly what I wanted. Lots of emails exchanged in a very timely manner and provided guidance where I was unsure. Richard assembled and finalized the deal and was great for a chat. Have been dealing with these guys for a number of years now and will continue to in the future. Really live up to the slogan "The best gun shop". Keep it up guys!
This business thinks the suffering and desperation of the Afghan people is a joke. Their Facebook post shown in attached pic makes fun of the Afghan people that died clinging to the outside of an aircraft while people in Kabul are evacuated. Our country has paid in blood to provide security and a better life for the Afghan people and this business spits on that sacrifice
