My name is Serena B and I am studying at Fit College to become a personal trainer. I am looking forward to helping you reach your fitness and health goals.
I have just started my Advanced Personal Trainer Course online at Fit College.
I haven't always been fit or healthy for that matter, but I can see how fitter and healthier people have more energy, they are happier within their body and mind and it shows in their day to day life. My goal is to help people reach that better version of themselves in a fun yet challenging environment.
I believe in variety and will be using different resources to take you to the next level: Vibration training, Military ropes, weight lifting, mountain running, stretching and breathing to only name a few. I find mixing indoor and outdoor training is what works best and living in Queenstown, well that's just the cherry on the cake!
