Sentry Hill looked after our 4 cats for 10 days while we were in the process of moving to Christchurch. The facilities are great. I appreciated the updates with pictures of the cats. Jetpets were collecting the cats for the flight to Christchurch and Dinali kept me in the loop with regards to when the cats were being picked up and let me know once they had gone. Really impressed with the care provided to the cats and the communication.
My 16yo pure British blue stays here several times a year. I wouldn't leave her anywhere else. Dilani and Helmut are totally reliable lovely cat people. Communication via email is excellent
Our kitten Bub was so well looked after at Sentry Hill cattery was there for a week - if I'm ever away again will def be coming back here. Dilani was so lovely with her and gave her lots of love and kindness. I had regular updates from Dilani and Bub settled in well after initially being a bit overwhelmed. Thanks guys appreciate everything you did to look after our baby !
Dilani took wonderful care of my two timid cats and sent me regular updates that were very much appreciated! I cannot recommend Sentry Hill highly enough.
We found the staff ok,lady more friendly but I would strongly advise to get a quote first, as opening hours for particularly long weekends, collection times and long weekend extra charges are not very transparent and you will get stung!! Thanks for your response, maybe add this /these hours including weekends opening hours etc.. in your email signature as well please
Sentry Hill helped me out in my hour of need, by looking after Felix And Rosie at short notice when we had to go back to the UK urgently. We had updates from them saying how they were settling in which was lovely. They stayed in an individual unit together which was roomy and clean and they could look outside. Lots of climbing areas too. Would recommend them....
My 3 cats have just spent their last 10 days in NZ while waiting for a flight to Australia. Dilani has always been so accommodating and lovely to deal with over the years. She really does care about your cats and goes the extra mile! Going to be hard to have to introduce my cats to a new Cattery in Aus, especially after they have had the best here!
Our boy Vinny loves it here. Very very clean, never any issues.
Sweet lovely owner who I would trust with cat any time and have complete confidence in them being looked after and safe. Private rural location with good accomodation for pets. Had our cat Tiger stay for 34 days and was very happy
What a beautiful place for your cats to stay, spacious, clean & comfortable. To add to it Christine is amazing Thanks so much. Geoffrey would love to come back.
