Shann makes you feel very comfortable from moment you arrive! Great conversation. Very professional, knows her stuff, clean and warm premises. Awesome!
First time Brazilian waxing experience and to say I was a little nervous is an understatement! But Shann made me very comfortable and took a lot the of awkwardness away with her conversation and great humour would happily recommend her to others and I’m already booked in for next time.

I've been going to Shann for the two years she's had her own business, and one year prior to when she was at Sorella Beauty. I tried many beauticians before her, so trust me when I say Shann is the absolute best. She's more than a beautician at this point, she is a friend. She is friendly, kind and warm. Everyone should go to Shann, she'll look after you. She's very careful to make sure you like her work.
After getting treatments from Shann for a few years now I can say she is the best therapist out there. So friendly and makes the appointments stress free . Would definitely recommend to everyone I know.
