Have had the real good experience of two personal contacts with these guys, first contact was face to face appointment making for a medical problem with my eyes, reception lady real good. 2nd was again the reception lady, then Mike the eye guy. Both were exceptional in their roles dealing with someone like me who is not the easiest person to deal with. Will be back to get my glasses sorted later this year and really appreciate their services. Certainly a high reccommendation from me.
I have had the pleasure of using this business twice in recent weeks. Firstly for an ear procedure and today to have my glasses adjusted, great friendly and professional service. I would totally recommend this business.
Don't believe the lowball negative reviews, probably typical small minded levin locals , really enjoyed a professional eye exam and thorough service from the team today, will be happily returning, Mike, couldn't fault it
I had my eyes tested and wanted to get a new pair of glasses. The optometrist was great, did a good job. But a female staff was very rude, looked down at me the whole time. Because I was asking questions. Not impressed at all, never walk in this place again.
Had been buying sunglasses from here for a couple of years ... one pair came aoart so they replaced them. Same problem occured to took tgem back. After a few months they accepted that they had given me poor advice in tgat tge glasses model was too small for my head. They sent me emails with alternatives. Popped in, tried on a pair which seemed perfect. They then advised me that it was out of warranty. I walked out, never to return....I should complain to their suppliers but just fed up now.
Have brought numerous pairs of sunnies from here and recently had an eye test and referral that was a great experience and sorted swiftly and professionally. Great service from all staff and a great range of products too!
Came into the store to get contact lens since glasses broke, while having had a eye test done recently was informed I was not able to purchase lens as there is a separate test for this. Was frustrated about this situation, the female staff member took this personally and as I was leaving was extremely rude and condensing for no reason.
