Prompt answering of call, friendly, took concerns on board and took action where required. The above is what I reviewed a year ago. A year later I can report that they actually did not take action like they said they would and continue to put tenants in the properties who regularly have a large dog at their flat one of three on the one property who likes to roam onto our property, and putting people who have regular police visits in the properties. I believe people should get a second chance in life but when the police need to visit regularly I don't believe being in a group of flats in a street that is mostly families with young children is poor property management. They don't answer their phone anymore either, seems we got them a year ago the one time they decided to pick up.
