We sell your designer clothing and accessories on your behalf. Bring in those precious items of clothing that you can’t bear to give away.
You & Us Clothes Payment
On your behalf we sell your designer clothing and your designer accessories Clothes are displayed at the original price for 4 weeks. Half price for a further 2 weeks and reduced to $5.00 or less for a remaining 2 weeks. You receive 50% of all proceeds – excluding GST. Payment will be made by either:
• Bank deposit
• Cheque
• Reinvest in something new from store
Terms and Conditions
1. All clothes are sold by us on behalf of the owner
2. Bring in the clothing you can’t bear to give away. We advise you of the items that we accept, price them and ask you to collect unaccepted items within 7 days otherwise we deliver them to local Hospice facilities.
3. You will be issued with a personalised customer card and a hard copy receipt for your clothes. This will include a description of all the items accepted into stock.
4. Clothes not accepted into stock will need to be collected by you within one week after process date, unless you have requested for us to donate them to a local charity.
5. Clothes not sold after four weeks in stock will be reduced to half price and if still unsold after six weeks will be donated to a charity or collected by you as
6. We will pay you 50% of the selling price (GST exclusive) of all items sold on presentation of your customer card within one year of the date your clothes were taken into stock. Your customer ID card must be retained as the identification required to locate your items in stock. It is up to you to contact our staff to arrange a payment details in the form of internet banking for any stock sold.
7. You may withdraw your clothes at any time, by personally locating your garments within the shop and allowing a staff member to adjust stock records accordingly. This excludes any items on lay-by. If you wish to collect your clothing before the end of their cycle, you must do so before the charity date listed on your receipt. If not collected at the end of their cycle (eight weeks), clothing not sold will be donated to a local charity.
8. Clothes will only be taken into stock on the basis that the owner accepts all risk of loss or damage {shoplifting included} while their clothes are in the shop. Reasonable care will of course be exercised while your clothes are with us.
9. We require owners to take sole responsibility at all time for keeping in contact with the shop to determine if their clothes have sold, for organising payments due and for uplifting any goods they may want returned.
