I have been coming here for over 20 years, the other day I desperately needed an emergency prescription for an inhaler. Reception lady was so slow and unhelpfull, I asked nicely if doctor Tim could kindly email through a prescription to emergency after hours so I could go collect an inhaler. She said he will do it that day however they didn't even bother doing it for me and not even the day after that. These people don't give a damn about anyone but themselves and their fat wallets.nNEVER coming here again.
I have been a consumer of the excellent service provided by Seatoun Medical Centre for some years. Due to circumstances I have recently moved temporarily to another city, before travelling overseas. I realised my meds were low and contacted the surgery to fax a script to a named pharmacy in the city I was in. This was done promptly. The service and care I have received over the years has always been A+
There are 3 GP'S at Seatoun Medical, no nurses and many awesome receptionists.nWhile my Dr is GREAT she only works 1 1/2 days a week. This is not ideal for me but probably healthier people don't mind. One Dr works full time.
When I arrived in Wellington I made an appointment based on my GP in Auckland's advice. My GP is Alison Foster and is a first class doctor that I would recommend to anyone. The receptionists have been absolutely wonderful as well.
Family doctor for almost as long as I can remember once I had to go to another surgery and I realised how exceptional the service is here and how much Alison , Tim and the team care. They always go the extra mile
