Friendly and efficient service. A very hassle free experience taking our vehicle over to Waiheke Island. Much the same price as would cost leaving the vehicle in a parking building in Auckland.
Had the best friendly service. Over heard it was one of the ladies first day... super helpful and very detailed. Then the guy on the boat were helpful and friendly .. great service is a great thing
Loved it. The eastern line for trains down again this week and rail bus replacements are horrible as never on time, too many people for buses and the traffic really bad. The ferry was awesome except my monthly pass did not cover this.

The car ferry is a great way to travel. They have seats and tables and a cafe. They don't do specialised hot drinks. Just basic tea and coffee.
Impossible to reach them. Phones just on hold for longer than 30 minutes. We even tried calling at different times. We left a voice message. Still no call back. The website does not have the specific information we need before travelling. I find this extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
