Found the lady somewhat rude on the phone. Turns out she only grooms dogs under 15kg.
The owner took time to allow our pets to familiarise themselves with her. She was gentle with them.Our pets were groomed well. Afterwards they raced around with renewed vigour. Can't upload a photo as they are too busy playing.
Email conversation went dead after sending asked for pictures of my dog. Over week later and no further correspondence. Booked our dog in at Animates
