Hypnosis has to be the way forward in the pursuit of well being, putting you in control of any given situation.

Clinical hypnotherapy is the presenting of therapeutic suggestions to a person who is in the state of hypnosis. Clinical Hypnotherapy involves analysis of behaviours, thoughts, feelings and past experiences to create effective therapeutic suggestions.

This analysis is vital for effective change. Delivering suggestions is easy; creating suggestions takes skill.

But when I say "It is easy" the suggestions which are created need to be accepted by the person's subconscious mind and for this to happen takes knowledge and skill on the part of the therapist. That's why you need a clinical hypnotherapist.

You and I work together to identify what your goals are and how to best effect change.

I use the discussion and counselling time we spend together to create a personalised therapy for you.

We gain the hypnotic state for you and then I deliver that therapy to the subconscious mind which overlays new programming or subconscious thought processes for you; those automatic responses you have: emotions, thinking, reactions.

Behaviours that make you unhappy are a bit like re-doing an ugly oil painting in that you can just paint over it and you soon are no longer influenced by what was there before.
