School Of Hard Knox is a team of people with the common goal of creating positive training environments and promoting the benefits of living healthier lifestyles.
Established in 2012 as a way to help people realize the possibility of ENJOYING exercise and leading healthier lives together as a community. SOHK has worked to have a positive, team environment where each day is completely different so members stay keen and even excited to do each training session. Exercise can be viewed and treated by so many people as a chore and a drag, especially with people attempting to go through the same old lame gym routine day in, day out.
The aim to help people make positive changes in their lives for the long-term rather than short-term weight loss goals which often lead to a person going back to their old ways.
We now have 5 qualified Personal Trainers (Hariata, Gloria, Shushila, Kaisa and Kerry) and a Nutritionist (Emily) with each person bringing their own style and character. We cap our class numbers so that we are able to assist you properly with technique which reduces injuries and ensures you are getting the most benefit with every session. Other fitness organisations are so fixated on getting big numbers that they neglect to actually help each individual. Not us.
