It is a nice and quiet garden. There are many colorful flowers, herbs, and roses that smell good. You can walk, sit, and rest here. The paths are easy to walk on. It is a good place for families, friends, or anyone who likes being outside. A calm and happy place to spend time.
A beautiful community garden area situated in Stoneham Park. The park itself is absolutely gorgeous with a lovely stream/river running through it. The herb garden doesn't look like it's been maintained for a while & could do with a spruce up, but the concept is great. A great park to go to with the family & walk a dog or 2. Lots of shaded areas & paths are well kept.

Kids had a swim in the river along with the dog. We took a bit of catnip home for the cat out of the herb garden and enjoyed the flowers. The scent of Jasmine is thick at this time of the year.
What an amazing space in Kawerau, didn't even know it existed let alone how beautiful it is,to walk your dog.Take a run,running fresh stream.
