I bought a car from them and after driving 15 min I noticed there is small stone chip in my windscreen. I called them and informed about the issues, she doesn't even care the problem and saying it's my fault to test car before buying? What a rude explanation? After I called them multiple times and they keep saying I already inform to the manager n waiting for feedback. Never ever deal with guys...if they mention grade 4 or grade 5...thats lie.... Waste of time... They don't even care after you pay the money.... I won't recommend this dealers to anyone... Be aware....

I recently purchased a car from Strong Motor. It was a direct import from Japan. In general, I don't trust car dealers and would prefer to purchase a used car from a car owner, but I had a really good experience with them. Everyone at Strong Motor was always friendly and helpful. They fixed all of the issues I had with the car before I purchased it. I did end up having a problem with the car after I purchased it, and even though I don't live anywhere near their office, they found a really good repair shop to quickly fix the problem in my local location so now I also have a good repair shop to go to. I would not hesitate to purchase a car with them again. Thank you Strong Motor.

Highly recommended. Best service from Jack and his team. I bought a car of them couple months now never had an issue with the car. What I like about Strong Motor is their honesty. Before buying the car they showed me the car history also small scratches that was on it that I didn't even noticed my self before buying the car but they pointed out for me. What a waste of time this company is. Ring up to view a car. They say they have someone on the yard but not looking at that car. So drive for 1 hour to be told car now sold. Also notice Fiona Hu gives the company 5 stars. Funny that. SHE WORKS THERE.

I bought a car one year ago with one year WOF they gave the WoF, due to the covid and working from home, I just used the car less than 1000km, however one week a go when I took the car to get WOF, noticed that there are too many issues with the car, and it failed to get WOF, I paid 3500$ for the car and now it worths just 1500$, never trust them again
