Well laid out cycle track, nice inner court for kids, just a bit small for my tastes.
Our little people enjoyed their experience here at the Velodrome. This place has great potential. It would be good to see its own public toilets and shaded seating.
What an amazing venue to have provided. Open to all during daylight. Can join the 2 clubs that train and race there. Turn up when they training and talk to them. Very nice welcoming people. My kids all race with them now. Please watch kids on track as they need to be aware of others coming round on fixed gears, no brakes bikes!
Awesome lots of kids using it every weekend and well set up for youngster
Good asset for Nelson to have, its a shame that nearly every time I have been there a head wind in one direction is present.. Kids area i the centre is good but I've seen this done a lot better in other towns Oamaru for example
