Worst customer experience of my life. I went shopping with my 2 daughters aged 4 & 7. They were enjoying looking around when my 4 year old walked into an open area. A woman with glasses yelled at us “get out of here it’s private” I said that we were sorry and unaware we shouldn’t have been there. “Are you too stupid to read the sign?” was her response. There was a gate to cut off this area that was open, so it was impossible to see a sign. I said my 4 year old daughter couldn’t see the sign as the gate was open, but the attitude was very sad and unnecessary. 2 minutes later I overheard the same woman telling a blonde staff member I was an idiot. Horrific customer service and I would never recommend this store again. Dirty, dusty and horrendous people.
By far the worst experience with the rudest workers I have ever met. Would never come back and will make sure people I know never return. They put their hands on my baby and yelled at him for running under a clothes rack as toddlers do disgusting. Also overpriced.
Very expensive prices. Saw some girl dresses size 6 for $5.99 $6.99 and $8.99 all sane brand and sizes. Not sure why the different prices. Staff was cold and indifferent, which doesn't make for good atmosphere. THEY ARE NOT A CHARITY SHOP. They are a business. They get all their clothes donated and still prices super high. My family will never buy from there again.
