Have picked up some great pieces here over the years but unfortunately I will not be returning any time soon due to the hostile attitude of one lady who works there regularly.nI walked into the shop for a quick look around at 3.45pm, 15mins before they shut. The 'repeat offender' hostile staff member could not wait to get me out of the store and this has put me off going back there!
$15 for someone’s old Kmart top is a joke. Be prepared to pay +$50 for a dirty winter jacket. Most of the clothes are super dirty there are literal chunks of dust attached to the clothes. To top it off, the staff are incredibly rude and wouldn’t know customer service if it hit them in the face
Soo expensive. Especially when a lot of it has stains, holes, pilling etc. Anything halfway decent was so expensive you may as well buy it new!! No wonder shop is dead. Not impressed at all.
Expensive on the Kmart and The Warehouse clothes. Customers are not dumb when going op shopping. Better to go brand new with those hefty prices. Otherwise nice clothes.nCustomer service is slack. The woman serving at the counter had this nasty as attitude. I felt like she was treating me like an inferior. She was talking to staff members and customers in a rude tone. I misread the price on a item, she corrected me as if she was trying to embarrass me, feeling like i couldn't afford it. If she had been polite about it I would have still purchased the item. I left the store with one item. It doesn't cost to be kind. It's the worse Customer service I've had in Palmy so far.
Went in today and was served by the loveliest young lady, she was so kind and had a great conversation with her! Unfortunately the older lady was not very lovely she gave me the nastiest look after I said hello not impressed
