Story

Sassy Divas offers full Hairdressing services and basic beauty services in Cromwell New Zealand.

Being an ethical consumer, we believe in the importance of moral purchasing decisions. After conducting research into product brands to supply at Sassy Divas that are kind to the environment but also to our customers and staff we decided on O & M for our haircare range and Kester Black for our Nail Polish to accompany Manicures and Pedicures.

O & M are an Australian brand who challenge the artificial norms of professional haircare with formulations that are both effective and gentle. They've removed harsh chemicals where possible and replaced them with native Australian ingredients, natural extracts and active minerals.

Kester Black is also and Australian brand however, the Director of Kester Black is New Zealand born and raised in Hawea (practically a Cromwell local!). They use sustainable production methods including the use of recyclable materials and small batch manufacturing to minimise wastage. Kester Black products contain only the highest quality, carcinogen free ingredients and have CCF (Choose Cruelty Free) accreditation.

Both brands that we use at Sassy Divas are NOT tested on Animals.

Papi Chulos is the area for Men to come and get a quick once over or to come and be pampered with hot towel massage, shampoo and cut. Papi Chulos is walk-in no appointment necessary this also applies to children who need a "trim". In Papis we use Joe Grooming.

Joe Grooming product is uniquely formulated to care for your skin. Products are scented using essential oils rather than harsh, synthetic fragrances offers less chance of allergic irritation. Joe Grooming has removed all Parabens and Sulphates and uses sustainable packaging. Joe Grooming has a full range of hair, body and shaving care.
