I believe that effective service achieves successful results.

Real Estate is an exciting, rewarding career in which I have been involved since 1997. Winner of the Just Paterson Award of Excellence in my first year in the business, I was also a finalist in the Most Promising Newcomer category at the 1998 Wellington Regional Real Estate Awards of Excellence. From there my career has gone from strength to strength.

I joined Leaders’ Khandallah office in 1999 where I have regularly distinguished myself among the top 30 Leaders’ agents as monthly top lister or top seller. My efforts were recognised in 2000 when I received the award for Leaders’ Runner-Up Salesperson of the Year for the Wellington City region.

I attribute my success to my friendly professional approach, a high level of energy and enthusiasm combined with sound local knowledge. This is evidenced by the considerable referral and repeat business which comes my way and is the greatest compliment.

Real Estate demands an exceptional level of people and communication skills. This career gives me exciting opportunities not only to meet people but also, in getting to know them, to understand and help fulfil their needs.

My other strengths come from my ability in negotiation and belief in the importance of ensuring total satisfaction for both the seller and the buyer. I enjoy taking time to work in with vendors and their situation while guiding the buyer by providing factual, honest answers enabling them to make an informed decision. I treat both with the utmost respect and believe this is how I have gained my reputation.
