Story

When challenges arise, Sarah Lange is well-equipped to face them, using the skills, experience and ingenuity attained over the course of a fascinating life’s voyage.
Her overseas odyssey began in Sydney, where she surfed and honed her skills as a software licensing advisor.
A short trip to Vietnam turned into a four-year journey as Sarah explored the country, and taught English as a second language at Private Schools.
Hungry for further adventures, she found work as a stewardess -and eventually Chief Stewardess - on a variety of super yachts in the Mediterranean, USA, Bahamas, Seychelles and Indian Ocean.
Of course it was fun but it was hard work too, and Sarah’s problem-solving and ‘people’ skills were especially useful when it came to interacting with others – often in uncomfortably close proximity.
Sarah’s family has lived in Otaki for fifteen years and on trips back home, she found that the close-knit seaside community looked increasingly peaceful and attractive.
In February 2015 she finally left her super yacht and super life behind, moving back home and buying a house for herself at Otaki Beach. That experience inspired her next move - into the real estate business. She knows the area – which includes Te Horo beach, very well and is passionate about its many attributes.
Young and energetic, Sarah takes a positive view of the local market and is looking forward to being of assistance to buyers and sellers alike.
Having met and mixed with people from all walks of life she genuinely understands that in real estate, one size does not fit all.
Open to new ideas she prides herself on being empathetic and discreet and is a consistently honest, clear, communicator.
