Locals told us this is the best spot in town. I believe it. We visited 3 times in our 2 days!nnHighly recommend the steak sandwich and hash brown stack. Food and drinks come out reasonably fast especially for how busy it was every time we were there.nnReally lovely staff. D was our favourite. You need to collect own water/ cutlery inside, that’s the only reason for not giving all 5 stars for service.nnOutdoor seats were comfy and spacious, choices of in sun or shade with umbrellas. With nice views of the mountain over the carpark.
We always come here when visiting Te Anau. Guaranteed good food and service, even when busy.nThe food is delicious, coffee is good. Good outdoor seating.nStaff very accommodating and friendly.nEven when busy you don’t have to wait long for order. Always a favourite for us, especially for brunch.
We ordered breakfast for four and the service was really good and quick even though it was very busy. Food was excellent and very satisfying portions. Cafe was very clean and has a really nice quirky feel to it. The only reason I am giving 4 stars for atmosphere is because there isn't much seating indoors and you don't want to sit outside in a very cold, windy and rainy weather. Locals say say it rains 4 days out of 5 which I am honestly just taking their word. Free parking available easily and its a very convenient location and food is really good any time there. There are vegetarian and vegan options as well, they even try to customise the request as best as they could. My daughter had bagels with cream cheese and berry jam and said thad they were the best. Overall very happy to visit again which we did the next day
Super cozy atmosphere and the girls working there are amazing! nHomebake carrot cake and berry brownie are delish if you’re for a sweet treat, the hash stack was super yummie! Great for brekkie or little arvo tea in the sun! Hands down best coffee shop in town
Great coffee and pancakes. Friendly service. Nice inside. Outside is pleasant but overlooks car park and warehouses . Mountains in distance.
