No employees. No one was there to give us the key and the instructions on getting one were not clear. The room itself was not clean trash in the bathroom, for example cigarettes and chips. The walls are very thin, someone was talking on the phone all night and everyone heard everything. Its too expensive in general for a small room.Rooms: 1/5
I used to go here alot a couple of years ago. But unfortunately the quality has deteriorated. Now it has become more expensive and the food, service and setting are not that good anymore. Of the 3 dishes we ordered, one was okay, one wasn't that nice and the last one was simply inedible.
Our stay was booked well in advance as part of a touring holiday. On arrival we found that the ground floor restuarant and bar were closed due to extensive building work. The whole building had a smell of brick/cement dust. Apart from check in when we were charged the full price for our room at tme of registering there were no staff on site. Not recommended.
Good location, a very good restaurant downstairs. Was very close to the train station. Was at Dodentocht so when I hit the bed I slept so well, can't complain anything about the bed quality!
I do not like to post negative things; but this one has my special attention. Service was as close to non-existent as water on the moon! Worst hotel i stayed in in my life; and I'm 49.Rooms: 2/5
Friendly but inexperienced personel. Sushi is way too sweet and overall not good, but the presentation looks nice.
