As͏ a vendor When we decided to sell our property in Napier, we phoned a couple of agents. David responded very quickly and turned up with a pleasant demeanour and a big smile. He was perfectly content with the plans we had in place which was to sell but not relocate until later. The photos he took were great and the initial marketing and signage were great. Open homes were stress free, as were other casual viewings. All offers were presented professionally. He was even able to negotiate a rental contract with the new owners. Thank you David for making a very stressful time, less so.
A͏ 5 star agent Why did we choose David to be our agent? The short answer is because we liked him. The longer answer is because I had met him 18 months previously while he was on one of his leaflets drops and we had had a chat about living in Napier and just life in general. Skip forward 16 months to our decision to sell and which agency we would work with. We chose Harcourts simply because we wanted David to represent us and that is who he works for. Throughout the campaign David was always professional and well organised, explaining everything clearly and without fuss. We were happy to put our complete trust and faith in him and we were rewarded greatly. He is extremely supportive, kind, and patient and goodness knows we needed all of those things when we didn’t get the result we’d hoped for at the auction.
