Had a great dine-in experience at Sal’s Pizza Whangarei! The moment we walked in, the place felt welcoming and clean, with a classic New York pizzeria vibe.nnAlso, the staff were friendly and helpful, and our food arrived fresh and hot. We ordered the pepperoni and garlic knots, and since I’m vegetarian, we also got a veggie pizza—which was absolutely delicious! The crust had the perfect balance of crispy and chewy, the toppings were fresh and flavourful, and you can really tell they use quality ingredients.nnI just Loved the authentic taste and generous portions. It’s definitely one of the best pizza spots I have been to in New Zealand. We will be back for sure!

Sal’s Pizza nails that classic New York thin-crust vibe. The slices are massive, like, you’ll need both hands and maybe a nap afterward. My son is absolutely obsessed with this place, and honestly, I get why. It’s not the cheapest, but the quality and flavour make it worth every cent.nnIf you want a proper slice that hits the spot, Sal’s is where to go.
